• The event organizer or the venue will take no responsibility for accidents, incidents and theft, etc. occurred both inside and outside the venue.

• Types of entrance tickets are mobile e-ticket (advanced / day-of-event) and day-of-event ticket (admission ticket).
• To purchase a mobile e-ticket, you will require registering with “ticket board” (registration is free).
  
• You will require either mobile e-ticket or day-of-event ticket (admission ticket) to enter the exhibitions and the store section of this event.
  
• You will not be allowed to stand in lines without a mobile e-ticket or a day-of-event ticket (admission ticket).

  You cannot purchase a ticket while standing in a line.
  
• Please purchase a day-of-event ticket (admission ticket) at the UDX 2F day ticket office in advance.
  • The day ticket office will be open between 9:00 -18:30. (Please note that ticket sales may be suspended depending on the number of visitors on the day)
    *The ticket office may open earlier depending on the circumstances on the day.
  • Mobile day-of-event e-tickets are on sale until 14:00 on each day of the event. (Day-of-event e-tickets cannot be purchased after 14:00)

Can I eat and drink inside the venue?

Please do not consume any food or drink within the venue. It may disturb other visitors around you.

Can I take my drink in a water bottle or a plastic bottle into the venue?

You can bring your drink with you, but please do not consume it within the venue.

Can I smoke inside the venue?

No smoking is allowed anywhere within the venue.
*Chiyoda-ward prohibits smoking on streets. Please note that you cannot smoke while you are standing in a line.

Is there a cloakroom in the venue?

There will be no cloakroom or a facility to leave your luggage in inside the venue.
Visitors will be responsible for their own belongings.
Please use the designated areas for strollers / pushchairs near the entrance of the 2F exhibition booth and next to the 1F Savonius square (Information) if you wish to leave your stroller / pushchair.

Is there a restroom in the venue?

There are no restrooms for visitors within the venue.

Can I take my camera in the venue?

Visitors can bring their camera into the venue, although recording of any moving / still images and sound using any device (including mobile phones with camera / video recording functions) is strictly prohibited regardless of purpose.

Can I use my mobile phone inside the venue?

Please refrain from using mobile phones and mobile communication devices (making phone calls) within the venue as it may cause disturbance to other visitors around you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. There is no restriction on the use of mobile phones once you exit the venue.

Are preschool children allowed admission?

Preschool children are not allowed admission without a guardian. Please make sure that they are accompanied by their guardian.

Is there anything prohibited to bring into the venue?

Visitors are not allowed to bring any objects that are hazardous and prohibited by law.
Strollers / pushchairs cannot be taken inside the venue.

Can I enter the venue with a pet?

Pets are not allowed in the venue. (Except for service dogs)

Is there any parking space?

There will be no designated parking space for "TAMASHII NATION 2014". Please use nearby parking places.
Please note that we will not provide any courtesy service for the use of "Akihabara UDX parking" or any of the nearby parking places.

I would like to purchase an admission ticket on the day.

Admission tickets can be purchased at the day ticket office in the venue, or on “ticket board” for 1,000yen (tax included). Visitors without a ticket cannot stand in a line for the event.
Also depending on the number of visitors on the day, the starting and finishing time of ticket sales may change without an advanced notice.

Can I re-enter the venue?

A visitor can enter the “2F Exhibition area”, the “4F Exhibition area” and the “Store section” once per admission ticket (both advanced and day-of-event). If you wish to enter each section more than once, please purchase another admission ticket.

I have lost my day ticket (admission ticket), can you re-issue it?

Please be aware that tickets will not be re-issued under any circumstances including loss or theft, etc.

I would like to cancel my admission ticket.

E-tickets and day-of-event tickets (admission tickets) are not refundable, and the date of tickets is not amendable under any circumstances.

I entered the venue from the “Store section entrance” and have purchased the event’s commemorative items. Can I move directly to the “Exhibition areas”?

Can I start lining up for the event the day before?

Please do not line up for the event the night before or early morning of the day of event for operational reasons and avoiding disturbance to the neighborhood.

What are “reference exhibits”(参考出品) displayed at the exhibition in the venue?

“Reference exhibits” are prototype products that have been specially prepared for this event.
Since the sales of those prototype products are yet to be decided, “when to launch them” or “how much they will be sold at” are all indeterminate at this moment.

There is an exhibited product that I wanted and have failed to purchase on the market, would you sell it to me?

We are sorry but we cannot sell our exhibits to visitors regardless of whether they are prototypes or products currently available on the market.

No, you can’t. Please enter the venue from the “Store section entrance”.

Can I use a credit card or electronic money in the store section?

You cannot use credit cards or electric money to purchase goods. It is cash only in the store section.

• They will be handed out in the wristbands distribution place.
  Please assemble in the designated meeting place at the time appointed (shown on the wristband)
  (*Please be punctual. You may not be allowed admission if you are late.)
• A visitor will receive one sales organizing wristband per admission. The band will be put around the visitor’s wrist by our staff; please do not remove it until entering the store section. You will be refused admission if you remove your wristband. (*Please inform the staff at the time of wristband distribution if you cannot have a band around your wrist for health reasons, etc.)
• Visitors will be asked to remove their wristbands when they exit the shop section and the staff will collect them.

■Order forms

• Order forms will be handed out at the “Order form distribution / filling in place” on the day of event.
• Please write down the number of items you wish to purchase on the form and hand it to the staff at the “Purchasing goods checking station”.
• The staff will check your order form at the “Purchasing goods checking station” and issue a receipt.
• Please make sure there are no mistakes in the name and the number of items you are purchasing written on the form at the station before entering the store section.

Please purchase another day-of-event ticket and re-enter the venue.
Please note that there are a limited number of commemorative items and day-of-event tickets to be sold on each day and they may become out of stock.

Will I definitely be able to purchase the event’s commemorative items if I go to the venue?

Sales of the items will end as soon as it reaches the scheduled number of items to be sold on each day of the event.
(*As the certain number of each item will be in stock on each day of the event, you may wish to revisit the venue on another day. However, items cannot be reserved or set aside.)

Can I purchase commemorative items of the event anywhere else but in the venue?

“Saint Seiya Myth Cloth EX Virgo Shaka - ORIGINAL COLOR EDITION-” is going on sale as a made-to-order product.
Other 6 items are scheduled to go on lottery sale after the event in Bandai’s official online shop “Premium Bandai Tamashii Web store”.
Detailed information about all this items on the sales schedule and the starting day of orders will be published on “Tamashii Web” and “Tamashii Web store” as soon as it is confirmed.

What is the difference between “made-to-order sales” and “lottery sales”?

Both are sales systems used by Bandai’s official online shop “Tamashii Web store”.
In made-to-order sales, all the customers who made orders during the order period will be able to purchase products.
In lottery sales, we carry out a draw and products will be sold to winners among the customers who made orders during the order period.
