【Event Commemorative Goods】
・ Certain numbers of the event commemorative goods are prepared for each day, and when the allotted numbers of the goods for the day are sold, the sales of the day for the item will be ended.
・ We do not answer inquiries for the numbers of goods prepared for each day.
・ If you purchase the commemorative goods on the day of the event, you will need one ticket per person to wait in the lines for purchases.
Per ‘order sheet’ we distribute in order inside the shop area, you can purchase up to two pieces of goods per item.
・ A person must be 15 years old or older to purchase the commemorative goods regardless of being with their parental guardians.
・ The commemorative goods are planned to be available on our online shop “Tamashii Web Shop” after the event.

What kinds of credit cards can be used?

Credit cards of 6 companies can be used: VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners Club and Discover Card. Credit cards issued overseas can be also used.

Up to how many number of payments can I choose?

Only one time payment is accepted.

Can I use credit card in any register at the shop?

We have some credit card accepting registers. Please follow our staff’s instruction.
The waiting lines are shared with cash payers.

Can I use both credit card and cash at the same time?

We are sorry, but we cannot accept that.

Can I use a debit card or a prepaid card?

We are sorry, but we cannot accept a debit card.
Prepaid cards with credit card function (for example VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card) can be used.

Can I use gift certificates?

We are sorry, but we cannot accept gift certificates including those issued by credit card companies.

Do you have minimum amount for a credit card payment?

No. You can use a credit card from one item of the event commemorative goods.

Can I use a credit card to purchase a day-of-event ticket to be sold at the venue?

Only cash is accepted for purchases of the day-of-event tickets sold at the venue.

● 先着順となります。予定販売枚数に達し次第、早期に販売を終了させていただく場合がございます。
● 会員登録時に、ご登録いただいた携帯電話メールアドレスに確認メールが届きますので、メールアドレスのご入力は間違いのないようご注意ください。
●受信メールのドメイン指定をされている方は、「@tickebo.jp」からのメールを受信できるようにあらかじめ設定してからお申込みください。

●ケータイ電子チケット1枚につき、1台の携帯電話(スマートフォン含む)が必要になります。
●本イベントは15歳以上を対象としております。14歳以下は、保護者同伴で入場可能です。（ただし、チケットはお1人様1枚必要）
●チケットの購入後は日付の変更及び返金は致しません。
●未就学児は保護者の同伴であれば入場料無料です。ただし、未就学児への会場販売はできませんのでご了承ください。

イベント開催に際し、『TAMASHII NATION 2015』をご来場の皆様全員がお楽しみいただけるイベントとなりますよう、ご協力をお願い致します。
各展示コーナー・物販コーナーに入場する際、チケットが必要です。あらかじめ前売電子チケットもしくは当日（電子）チケットをご購入下さい。
本イベントおよび会場販売、本イベント取扱商品は15歳以上を対象とさせていただいております。保護者同伴でない14歳以下のお客様のご入場はお断りしております。また、開催記念商品は、保護者同伴であっても14歳以下のお客様はお求めになれません。
イベント内容は一部変更になる場合もございます。当サイトでの最新情報をご確認ください。
会場の都合上及び近隣のご迷惑となりますので、前日夜及び当日早朝にお並びいただくことはできません。

Admission to exhibition or store section requires a ticket. Please purchase an advance e-ticket or day of event (e-)ticket beforehand.
The event, merchandise sales and products sold in the event are limited only to a person aged 15 or older.
We do not allow admission of a person 14 and under, unaccompanied by a guardian. Also, it should be noted that the person (14 and under) cannot purchase commemorative products even with a guardian.

本活动及本活动所经营销售的所有商品均以15周岁以上的顾客为销售对象。无监护者同行的未满15周岁者不予入内。另外，有监护者同行但未满15周岁者此次亦视为活动纪念商品购买者对象外，不便之处，敬请谅解。
