    (Please note that we may suspend the sales depending on the congestion situation on the day.)
    ※The box office for tickets at the door may open earlier depending on the situation on the day.
  • ・The mobile e-tickets at the door will be available for sale until 14:00 on each day (You cannot buy the e-tickets at the door after 14:00)
  • ■ We accept credit cards & IC card at the product sales section. *Only lump-sum payment will be accepted
  • ●Acceptable cards include the following 6 brands: VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners Club and Discover Card. For your information, prepaid cards will be accepted only when you use the above-mentioned credit cards issued outside Japan and credit settlement function.

The Venue
Q1.
Can I eat and drink inside the venue?
A1.
Please do not consume any food or drink within the venue. It may disturb other visitors around you.
Q2.
Can I take my drink in a water bottle or a plastic bottle into the venue?

You can bring your drink with you, but please do not consume it within the venue.
Q3.
Can I smoke inside the venue?
A3.
No smoking is allowed anywhere within the venue.
*Chiyoda-ward prohibits smoking on streets. Please note that you cannot smoke while you are standing in a line.

Is there a cloakroom in the venue?

There will be no cloakroom or a facility to leave your luggage in inside the venue. Visitors will be responsible for their own belongings.
Please use the designated areas for strollers / pushchairs near the entrance of the 2F exhibition booth if you wish to leave your stroller / pushchair.
Please note that the organizer or the venue will take no responsibility for accidents, incidents and theft, etc. occurred in the designated areas for stroller / pushchair.

Is there a restroom in the venue?

There are no restrooms for visitors within the venue.

Can I bring in a camera?

Yes, you may bring in a camera, but excepting for a few corners, all shooting and recording by any equipment (including mobile phones that have picture taking and recording functions) in stills or in motion for whatever purposes are prohibited outright.

Can I use my mobile phone inside the venue?
A7.
Please refrain from using mobile phones and mobile communication devices (making phone calls) within the venue as it may cause disturbance to other visitors around you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. There is no restriction on the use of mobile phones once you exit the venue.

Are preschool children allowed admission?

Preschool children are not allowed admission without a guardian. Please make sure that they are accompanied by their guardian.

Is there anything prohibited to bring into the venue?

Visitors are not allowed to bring any objects that are hazardous and prohibited by law. Strollers / pushchairs cannot be taken inside the venue.

Can I enter the venue with a pet?

Pets are not allowed in the venue. (Except for service dogs)

Is there any parking space?

There will be no designated parking space for "TAMASHII NATION 2016". Please use nearby parking places.
Please note that we will not provide any courtesy service for the use of "Akihabara UDX parking" or any of the nearby parking places.
Q12.
I wish to buy a door ticket. Can I?
A12.
It is sold at 1,000 yen (tax included) at the door ticket wicket or the ticket board at the event site (from 0:00 to14:00). If you do not have a ticket, you cannot queue up at the entry waiting line. And, you will have to understand in advance that, depending on the congestion for the day, the starting or ending time for ticket sales may be changed without notice.

Can I make re-entry?

For one entry ticket (both advance and door tickets), you may enter from either one of the two entrances: Akihabara UDX; “2nd floor Exhibition Corner” and “Store section”. At each site, one guest can enter only once. If you wish to make re-entries to each corner for twice or more, you will be requested to buy a ticket separately.

I have lost my door ticket, can you re-issue it?

Please be aware that tickets will not be re-issued under any circumstances including loss or theft, etc.
Q15.
I would like to cancel my admission ticket.
A15.
E-tickets and day-of-event tickets are not refundable, and the date of tickets is not amendable under any circumstances.
Q16.
I entered the venue from the “Store section entrance” and have purchased the event’s commemorative items. Can I move directly to the “Exhibition areas”?

Please leave each area from the area exit, and join a line to enter other areas.
Q17.
Can I start lining up for the event the day before?

Please do not line up for the event the night before or early morning of the day of event for operational reasons and avoiding disturbance to the neighborhood.
*Please be aware that there will be a penalty when one does not follow this instruction.

I have an inquiry with regards to the sales arrangement, products currently available on the market and products in the Tamashii Web Shop.

We are afraid that we cannot respond to any inquiries or comments regarding matters other than the information of this event within the venue.

Q19.
What are “reference exhibits”(参考出品) displayed at the exhibition in the venue?

“Reference exhibits” are prototype products that have been specially prepared for this event.
Since the sales of those prototype products are yet to be decided, “when to launch them” or “how much they will be sold at” are all indeterminate at this moment.
Q20.
There is an exhibited product that I wanted and have failed to purchase on the market, would you sell it to me?

We are sorry but we cannot sell our exhibits to visitors regardless of whether they are prototypes or products currently available on the market.
Sales of items

Can I purchase commemorative items without admission to the event?
A1.
No, you can’t. Please enter the venue from the “Store section entrance”.
Q2.
Can I use my credit card or electronic money at the Store section?
A2.
We accept cash, credit cards, electronic money, and pre-paid cards only for use of credit settlement functions.

Q3.
What do I need to purchase goods?
A3.
●Mobile e-ticket (Advance / day-of-event) or day-of-event ticket (admission ticket)
●Sales organizing wristband
(*Wristbands may not be issued depending on the number of visitors on the day. Please check the distribution condition of wristbands at the time of your visit.)
●Order form

  • They will be handed out in the wristbands distribution place.
    Please assemble in the designated meeting place at the time appointed (shown on the wristband)
    *Please be punctual. You may not be allowed admission if you are late.

    A visitor will receive one sales organizing wristband per admission. The band will be put around the visitor’s wrist by our staff; please do not remove it until entering the store section. You will be refused admission if you remove your wristband.
    *Please inform the staff at the time of wristband distribution if you cannot have a band around your wrist for health reasons, etc.

    Visitors will be asked to remove their wristbands when they exit the shop section and the staff will collect them.

    At the “Confirmation Point of Purchase Goods”, please fill in the number of goods you wish to purchase as well as the payment method, which you will submit to our staff at the “Confirmation Point of Purchase Goods”.

    Upon confirming the order sheet at the “Confirmation Point of Purchase Goods”, the goods-on-hold voucher issued and the order sheet will be handed over.
    Please enter the Store section upon confirming the purchase goods and respective purchase quantities.
    *After submission at the “Confirmation Point of Purchase Goods”, there will be no change to be accepted.
    *No goods are to be sold in the absence of the order sheet and the goods-on-hold voucher issued. Confirmation at this point is requested by all means.

I would like to purchase items but I have already left the store section.
A4.
Please purchase another day-of-event ticket and re-enter the venue.
Please note that there are a limited number of commemorative items and day-of-event tickets to be sold on each day and they may become out of stock.

Will I definitely be able to purchase the event’s commemorative items if I go to the venue?

Sales of the items will end as soon as it reaches the scheduled number of items to be sold on each day of the event.
*As the certain number of each item will be in stock on each day of the event, you may wish to revisit the venue on another day. However, items cannot be reserved or set aside.

Where can I get a receipt?

A receipt will be issued at the time of purchase at the cash register only for a sale made in cash.

※ There will be no re-issue.
※ No receipt will be issued for sales on credit & IC card.
※ We issue no receipt except at the time of purchase made.
※ No receipt will be issued for advance tickets.

Can I purchase commemorative items of the event anywhere else but in the venue?

“Absolute Chogokin Mazinger Z Soul of Chogokin GX-01RG Gold version”,”Absolute Chogokin Mazinger Z Soul of Chogokin GX-01B Black version”“DARUMA CLUB TAMASHII Daruma A”,“DARUMA CLUB TAMASHII Daruma B” and “TAMASHII NATION 2016 Original Shopper” are going on sale as a Venue limited product.
■Other 4 items are scheduled to go on lottery sale after the event in Bandai’s official online shop “Premium Bandai Tamashii Web Shop”.
Detailed information about all this items on the sales schedule and the starting day of orders will be published on “Tamashii Web” and “Tamashii Web Shop” as soon as it is confirmed.

What is the difference between “Venue limited sales” and “lottery sales”?

Event limited sales, will be sold only in the soul Nation 2016 event venue.
In lottery sales, systems used by Bandai’s official online shop “Tamashii Web Shop”.
In lottery sales, we carry out a draw and products will be sold to winners among the customers who made orders during the order period.
*In lottery sales, making orders do not guarantee a purchase of goods.

Could you tell me the scheduled number of commemorative items to be sold in the event?

We cannot disclose the number of commemorative items to be sold on each day or during the event.

You cannot purchase products other than commemorative items in the venue.
Also, exhibited products that are currently available on the market are displayed there for the purpose of exhibition only and not for sale in the venue.

Are there any special gifts for purchasers?

UDX at the venue and AKIBA showrooms, for those who purchased any of “Absolute Chogokin Mazinger Z Soul of Chogokin GX-01RG Gold version”,”Absolute Chogokin Mazinger Z Soul of Chogokin GX-01B Black version”,“DARUMA CLUB TAMASHII Daruma A” and “DARUMA CLUB TAMASHII Daruma B”, you will be given an "TAMASHII NATION 2016 original mini shopper" at AKIBA showroom.
Customers who bought in UDX venue, pass in exchange for a receipt.
It does not the distribution of mini-shopper in UDX venue.
