Please confirm the following basic matters.
- The host and hall staffs will hold no responsibilities for any accidents, incidents, or theft happened in or out of the hall.
- Customers who act inappropriately in or out of the hall which causes trouble during the process, or not following the staffs' instructions will be treated as necessary.
- Tickets (adv/door) are sold by date.
Please beware that tickets from other dates are not to be accepted no matter what reason. - Stamp-type admission tickets are to be carried when entering all exhibition or retail areas. The admission tickets will be handed to customers in exchange for the advanced/door tickets in the entrance.
- Customers without tickets cannot join the line.
Please purchase the tickets before lining up. Purchasing tickets while lining up is not permitted. -
Door tickets can be purchased at LAWSON, MINISTOP, and the ticket counter in UDX1F Savonius Wind Turbine.

(Due to congestion of the day, sales may be stopped.)
*Ticket Counter may open earlier than usual due to the situation of the day. - Tickets from LAWSON and MINISTOP can be purchased by 14:00 of the day.
(You cannot purchase the day's door ticket after 14:00)

- Due to the products' target age, opening souvenirs are only to be sold to customers over the age of 15. Under the situation of protector's guidance, products can only be sold to the protector, but not to customers under the age of 14.
- Eating in the hall is prohibited, due to causing trouble to the surrounding.
- Beverages in water bottles or plastic bottles can be carried into the hall, but drinking is prohibited.
- The hall is over-all non-smoking area and prohibits smoking.
*The Chiyoda Area prohibits smoking on the street. Please beware that there will be no smoking while waiting in line. - There will be no storage area for hand luggage or cloak in the hall.
Please take responsibility for your own luggage.
*There will be space for baby cars. - There will be no restrooms in the hall.
- Cameras are allowed to be carry into the hall, yet recording of videos, pictures, or sound by all machines (including cell phones with camera or video recording functions) are forbidden.
- Please beware that the use of cell phones in the hall may cause misunderstanding of recording videos or sound which is forbidden.
In case of telephone calls or use of SNS or e-mails, please consider not pursuing in the hall. We appreciate your understanding.
There are no limits of use outside the hall. - Kids need to be under protectors' guidance in order to enter. Also, there will be no product selling or entering bonus presents for kids.
- 1 ticket per person no matter the type.
- All customers except kids require tickets (adv/door).
*Although kids can enter for free, there will be no entering bonus presents for kids. Also, products in the retailing area are not to be sold to kids, nor giving the order sheet. - Dangerous items or items forbidden by the law are not to be carried into the hall. Baby cars are not to be carried into the hall.
- Pets are not allowed in the hall except for guide dogs or hearing dogs.
- The event does not provide a parking area, so please use the parking lot near by. The event also does not provide any discounting service for "Akihabara UDX Parking" or any parking lot near by.
- About buying door tickets.
Tickets are sold at the information & ticket counter in the hall, or at Lawson & Mini Stop for 1000 JPY (tax included) per ticket.
Customers without a ticket cannot wait in the line.
Also, due to the congestion, there is possibility for change in starting or ending the selling time without announcement. - About Re-entering
All tickets (adv/door) are to be used for only once to enter "CHOGOKIN FLOOR (2F)", "TAMASHII NATIONS FLOOR (4F)", and "Retailing Area". All areas require another ticket for entering the 2nd time. - Tickets cannot be replaced when lost or stolen.
- Tickets cannot be canceled and refund under any situation.
- Due to the fact or incapability to move between "Retailing Area" and "Show Area", customers have to exit each area once and line up to enter the other areas.
- Due to the possibility of causing trouble to neighborhoods, lining up the night before or early in the morning is strictly prohibited.
*Customers who do not follow instructions will be treated as necessary for interfering the program. - All question that are not related with the event, such as sold products, products of Tamashii Web Shop, and selling methods are not to be answered in the hall.
Please dial the Supporting Center Navigation (0570-041-101) between 10:00 to 17:00 for questions. (Holidays and non-working days in summer, winter excepted)
Customers with cell phone should dial 04-7146-0371 or 06-6375-5050. - "Product for Reference" shown in the hall are prototypes specially made for this event. Due to not being an expected product, there will be no information of "when will it be on sell?" or "how much does it cost?"
- Products shown are not to be sold.
- Opening souvenirs are not to be sold to customers not entering the hall. Please enter through the "Retailing Area Entrance."
- Only cash are accepted in the retailing area. Credit cards & electronic money are not accepted.

About the Retailing Organization Wrist Band
(*Due to the congestion there might be possibility of not distributing the item.)- The Retailing Organization Wrist Band are distributed in certain areas.
Please go to the specified area before the time specified on the wrist band.
(*Please strictly keep the time due to possibility of not being able to enter when being late.) - The Retailing Organization Wrist Band is only to be distributed once per customer entering the hall. The staff will wrap the band around customer's wrist. Please do not take it off before entering the retailing area. Customers without the wrist band on his/her wrist cannot purchase any product.
(*For customers who have health reasons restricting items wrap on the wrist, please inform the staff when being distributed.) - The Retailing Organization Wrist Band is to be returned to the staff when entering the retailing area.
- The Retailing Organization Wrist Band are distributed in certain areas.

About the Order Sheet
- Order sheets are distributed during the day of the event while waiting for entering the retailing area.
- There will be a "Product purchasing confirmation center" in between the waiting lines. Please fill in the number of product purchasing and return the sheet to the staffs.
- The staffs will confirm the sheet and distribute a receipt, returning it to the customer along with the order sheet. Please confirm if there is any mistakes before entering the retailing area.
*No changes are acceptable after returning the sheet to the "Product purchasing confirmation center."
*No products are to be sold to customers without the order sheet and receipt. Please be sure to have both items.
- Customers who left the retailing area and wishes to come back needs to buy a new door ticket.
*Door tickets and opening souvenirs are limited in number. - Opening souvenirs are not guaranteed to be purchased when entering the hall. Sales will end when products reach its limited number.
*Products can be purchased on a different day, but putting holds and booking are not acceptable. - Opening souvenirs are scheduled to be sold out of the hall.
Opening souvenirs are scheduled to be sold in Bandai's Official Shopping Site, "PREMIUM BANDAI TAMASHII WEB SHOP" after the event.
SAINT CLOTH MYTH EX LEO AIORIA～ORIGINAL COLOR EDITION～ are sold under build-to-order manufacturing.
The other 5 products are to be sold by lottery after ordering.
All schedules will be announced by "TAMASHII WEB" and "TAMASHII WEB SHOP" after confirmation. - All customers who ordered during the ordering period can purchase the build-to-order manufacturing products. Lottery selling is a method for customers who ordered during the ordering period and have won the strictly fair lottery to purchase the products.
*For Lottery selling, there is possibility that customers may not be able to purchase the products despite ordering during the period. - No questions about the opening souvenir or numbers of sales can be answered.
- For each sale in the retailing area, 1 "TAMASHII NATION 2013 Original Shopper" (not for sale) is given to each customer in order of arrival.
*Original Bags are limited in number.
- Entering Bonus Presents are to be distributed at the entrance of CHOGOKIN FLOOR (2F). 1 set is to be given to each customers who entered the showing area only for once.
*Not for kids. - Presents are to be hand-given on the day of the event. No individual delivering under any circumstance.
- There will be no distribution other than the CHOGOKIN FLOOR (2F). Customers who wishes for the opening bonus present, please enter the 2F showing area.
- Opening bonus presents are not for sale.
- Customers can receive 1 set per entrance despite the type/number of tickets. There will be multiple distributions.
